In order to further ensure that every generation experiences the true luster of your Ma Passion creation, we recommend our connoisseurs to carefully clean the carving with a wet cotton ball once a year. In order to further bring out the polish, one can dip some cotton in a thin oil, run it through the carving, leave the oil overnight, and then proceed to remove the remaining oil with a wet cotton on the next day. This process can also be done annually.

Kalash in Ruby (SF-13410)
A kalash is an auspicious symbol in Hinduism that represents creation and abundance. It is usually filled with water during rituals and the water is said to symbolize the primordial water from which the entire universe emerged. This Ma Passion creation is an artistic wonder: gem quality Ruby – with a hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale – was emptied out by a distinguished kaarigar from Rajasthan. To complete such a difficult yet delicate task takes courage and only the most passionate craftsmen are able to take on the challenge. The result is a flawless creation – one that can never exist again.
