Gemstones are known to withstand the harshest of environments. In order to further ensure that every generation experiences the true luster of your Ma Passion creation, we recommend our connoisseurs to carefully clean the carving with a wet cotton ball once a year. In order to further bring out the polish, one can dip some cotton in a thin oil, run it through the carving, leave the oil overnight, and then proceed to remove the remaining oil with a wet cotton on the next day. This process can also be done annually.

Polar Bear in Blue Agate (SF-8593)
A celebration of unconditional love, this Ma Passion creation depicts a Polar bear with her child. The dynamic character of the Madagascan stone, Blue Agate, provides a fitting aesthetic for the subject; the kaarigar has used the blue spots and bands in an astute manner to add to the realness of the carving. Our master craftsman has achieved a good form and flow to the animal’s anatomy. Blue Agate is a hard stone and the lines of texture that are the bear’s fur are a result of hours of tireless effort.
